This short puppy application is the first step toward bringing home one of our AKC mini poodle puppies, raised in our Henefer, Utah home from health-tested parents. Tell us a little about your family and the mini poodle puppy you are hoping for, including size, color and temperament, whether that is an intense red, phantom or parti, and how you plan to bring your puppy home.
